Apparently I've haven't been doing metcons a lot lately.
So I had a good rest in the day.. fix up my 50kg sandbag... it looks more lethal now.
And in the P.M
hit up a WOD with Ming and Soung.
Pyramid runs and burpees (Similar to 071112)
run 100m, 2 burpees
run 100m, 4 burpees
run 100m, 6 burpees
run 100m, 8 burpees
run 100m, 10 burpees
and back to
run 100m, 8 burpees
all way down to 2 burpees..
No timed, but estimated 13mins in completion.
After a light recovery,
Griff is up next.

400m run backwards

400m run backwards
result, 15.37
improved since the last time I performed.
