Today,
Is a bad day.
While the champion crossfitters are competing in the 2012 Crossfit Games,
I was out drinking and getting drunk.
Lack of sleep, and woke up with hangover, puke everywhere.
Since that happen, There's no point pushing it today.
Went ahead play some basketball.
Thought of a workout for tomorrow,
10 thrusters(50kg sandbag)
10 burpee muscle up.
10 box jumps
5 rounds
Just a thought.. Now it's time to fill myself up!
