On every minute 5 push ups

Good benchmark.
Pm wod,
50 db clean and jerk each hand
on every minute 3 burpees
30min cap.
Result should be 15 min. Reset the time. SHIT!
Then-
100 db goblet squat
On every minute 2 db snatch alternate hands
