Today is Taman Tun Park wod,
a 2km run of hills.
Then-
3 rounds of
1.2km run
10 pull ups
20 push ups
30 squats
No timed, at easy pace with effort.
My runs got a little sucky.. Gonna save abit for tuesday marathon.
