Todays wod will be slightly light, leading the team,
AMRAP each movement,
2:00 work, 1:00 rest in between of
Squat 65/60
Box jump 20" 60/50
Battle rope -
Push up 60/60
Pull ups 22/20
Burpees 20/20
No penalty, but did the penalty rubs with Shaun, new TAP member.
All is good. Kinda exhausted already.
