Yesterday was rest day.
Woke up lazy in the cold morning, and i knew right then, i need to tackle it with a workout.

30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents

After a short rest,

Rope battle 8 rounds
Rope slams 8 rounds
That is all, it felt like i didnt give my all.
I know i could do better.
