Today is a rest day, i'm out training Pravin and Chong Fu.. And they tell me to join the WOD i prepared for them.
For time,
400m runs
40 squat
30 sit up
20 push up
10 pull up
Time, 4:57
Overall was good, pull ups need work. Slow on the sit ups and runs.
