here's the wod,
5 rounds of
5 burpees
5 burpees box jumps 16-18"
5 burpees pull up
5 burpees toes to bar
No timed. Just mental and skill work.
Funny I cannot perform a muscle up. Which means, muscle up skill work after this.
But then again, i felt that injury
