15 hang power cleans. @135lbs
15 burpees

Time, 11:18
Need a lot of work with cleans. Racking still sucked.

Next,
Bench press,5reps each
Heavy 80kg
Medium 60kg
Light 50kg
Light 50kg
Medium 60kg
Heavy 90kg
Heavy 90kg
Medium 60kg
Light 50kg

End with back squats.
3-3-3-1-1
80kg,90kg,100kg,110kg(pr),120kg(f)

I will return stronger!!
