It had come to my attention, i haven't been conducting 2 or more wods in the same day. Time isn't on my side. Plus TAP hasn't been active lateley. On the other hand, i have been regularly train everyday.
So today's WOD, in the name of my new born nephew,

Gotta work on my metacons.
Endurance been very weak lately.
