Hi and what is up!!

Woke up sore in the morning, more like worn out.. So this means today's wod should be easy.

I train skip ropes, trying to get the double unders.
Still didn't get it.
Then it's hardcore hundred.
25 chest to bar (crude)
25 dips
25 sb squat 50kg
25 burpees.

Done for the day!
