Hey guys! What's going on!

Today, i just smash out one of the most gruesome crossfit hero wod of all time.

100pull up
200push up
300squat

Time, 1:03:03
The longest workout ever.
I break it up to 10 rounds of 10,20,30 pull up push up and squat.


This is enough for the rest of the day.
I'm going to for a short vacation for tr weekend. Bring my gears too.. In case of a workout. Never know!
