Today was a good day. Short hours of work, more time to workout.
Here's the WOD,
20mins AMRAP,
50ft sled pull with tyres +20kg
50ft sled drag with same tyres and weight.
6rounds.. It's good i assume.

400m runs
20 toes to bar
10 box jumps

Not bad, got full of energy. Arms are fine!
