Hey what's up people!
I busted my arm last nite, and had my first DNF(did not finish). Disappointed.
But i woke up next morning without sore..
So i tried a wod,
Run 100m, 50burpees
Run 100m, 50pull ups
Run 100m, 50push up
Run 100m, 50air squats.
Time, 21:57
It seems my arm will sore right after. Not a good sign.
Gonna run if off, sprints now.
