Today's wod is rather simple. Still thinking whether should do the pushmore Wod, but first.. Strength.
30 reps clean and jerk,
First 10 @60kg
2nd 10 @70kg
Last 10 @ 70kg..
Going to 80kg, but elbow busted.
Lets not hope it's a tennis elbow.
Today's pushmore workout,
5 clean and jerk @60kg
5 pull up
10pushup
15 squat
DNF, 3 rounds.
Busted arm.. Can hardy type this either. Better rest well dude.
