Today was easy day. I notice i've been weightlifting or doing heavy stuff whole week. So it's going to be metacon today.
WOD for the day,
Burpees ladder 1,2,3...10
L Pull up 5-5-5-5-5
Then,
5k run
Result, 37:58
Very slow run, nutrition plays a roll. Today is cheat day anyway.
