Yesterday was a Rest Day.

Sandbag 50kg carry (left)
6reps  Sandbag shouldering
sandbag 50kg carry (right)
5 reps muscle up

result: 19:24
Looks easy, but all movement slowed me down.

Tyre sled drag 50ft +-
tyre sled pull 50ft+-
