Brought my dog out to jog 2 rounds,

And had a little walk, and again 2 rounds.
Come back and decide to lunge with the sandbag,
3 rounds of
Weighted stationary lunge 10steps @50kg sb
Continue with 5 sb squats
That's all, nice and easy.
