In 10 minutes,
30 snatch @45lbs
30 snatch @75lbs
30 snatch @100lbs
As many reps @120lbs
(this is Masters men/women category load)
Result, 93 reps total.
I did additional 7 to make up to 100 reps
Ending it with
shoulder press
5-4-1-1
40kg, 60kg, 70kg, 75kg(f)
Push jerk
5-5-1
65kg,70kg,80kg(f)
This is the weirdest i've ever seen.
I'm new with shoulder presses.. Hardly train them.
