Due to pass few days "hardcore" restless workout..
I decide to go easy today..
Look up to Pushmore gym wods consist of deadlifts and burpees..
I decided to just stick with burpees
75-80 burpees for time
Result, 11:55
*I found a weakness, my shoulders tend to sore after high reps.
have to check breathing.
I wonder how the opens did 118burpees in 7minutes. Sigh.
