Hey what's up people.

I've been very lazy lately, been resting and resting, my mind is like,"you should rest more!" but not anymore!

I'm ending June with a WOD

Brenton.
Hitting it up with TAP players: ming fei and neil

3 rounds of
30m bear crawl
30 standing broad jump
After every 5th jump, do 3 burpees.

Result 5:51
Every round i did 3 burpees only.

Its a good conditioning, we should have done 5 rounds. Should have double check.

Sunday will be 1st of JULY!
Gonna hit it up with a super killer Wod that i thought of.
