Hey people!
After the marathon, my calf are total smashed. Muscle pull i assume.
But i getting a hang of it.
So most of you would advice me to rest...
Instead, i hit a crossfit benchmark wod.
one that is most feared by crossfitters.

5 rounds of
20 pull ups
30push ups
40 sit ups
50 air squats
(rest 3:00 between rounds)
My result 44:20 including the rest time.
I consult online on recording the results, some says i should record my time for each round.. While some did not include rest.. And some did not rest at all.
Maybe i should try again, without rest.
