Hello boys.
If you keep track with what I do, you remember i did double wod most of the time.
I'm totally sore out, it's suppose to be my rest day as my tells me so. So, what do i do?
I went out to do 3 rounds of sprints, probably 150m
And then a little pullup, toes to bar and practice my handstand. Getting the hang of it.
After that i just drop dead.
