Today I felt strong, but yet no motivation to head to the gym.
I lack of training of shoulder/push press.
and deadlift too. Probably gonna hit it a few days later.
So today I did a little metacon weightlifting mix.
21 DB Swings
400m run
15 DB Swings
400m run
9 DB Swings
400m run.
no timed, but push as hard as possible.
I replace KB with DB. KB is expensive.
Sounds easy, but no idea why the runs still killed me. Will this be my greatest weakness? Running?
I found a few things I'm weak at, burpees, runs, pistol squat!
I need a good PUMP UP feelings to get myself kicking.
