shift to new hotel, no gym.
but a sandy beach.

warm up with
jogs, pull up push up squat,

then -
4 rounds of
25 push up
25 squat

and done.

pm wod,
10 rounds for time of
10 pull ups (WET & FAT bar)
20 push ups
30 squat

slow time, due to rain and lots of break.
