It's holiday season, which means hardcore time.
AM WOD,
20mins AMRAP of
400m run
40 airsquat
30 sit ups
20 push ups
10 pull ups.
2r+400m+40+20
If Gary Roberts can do one round(rows instead of runs) in 4mins plus.. I should able to do so too.
But my one round was 7 mins. This is bad. Real bad.
