I guess today will be rather simple single wod,
From the Crossfit main site, crossfit.com..
"tabata something else"
20sec of work, 10sec rest
Pull up
Push up
Squat
Situp
8 intervals each.
Record score by total reps of all 32 intervals.. But i skip that.
I just know my pull ups and push up had a bad habit of taking long rest.
Suck.
Today i train with 2 new guys, one of them, Pravin, was strong willed and motivated. Good training partner!
