Hi guys!

Today's workout will be interesting.
No wod in the A.M but..

In the p.m,
50 db swings 20kg
50thrusters 25kg
50 db snatch 20kg alternative hand
50 pull ups
1500m run

Totally died at runs. No idea why thrusters can be so tiring!!!!

No TAP workout tonight, i'm skipping 200 team hammer slams.
Rest well.. See what happens tomorrow.
