Hey people!

Today was pretty light and easy day. Conduct an incredibly easy wod due to lack of equipments.

In the AM, 50 Overhead squat with stick, 50 air squat.

In the PM,
21-15-9
50 pound dumbbell swing
42-30-18
Pushup on dumbbell.
for time
Result 6:18

Can go faster if it's a proper kettlebell.

Finish with 3 rounds of
2 50lbs dumbbell front squat 10reps

Ass to ground. SHIT!!!
