Well, in the AM i did a little drill,
Overhead squat 60reps?
Minor stuff.
In the PM however,
5rounds of
1 muscle up
5 toes to bar
20-25meter stationary tyre pull
Flip tyre back
Tyre pull was a killer, usually we did it with the smaller rope with shorter distance.. But this time i did it with the thick rope, got me into desperate mode, but i still finish it!
Gotta work more on my muscle up!
Ming came and did tyre flips though.
