So the night I hit the gym. But before that, in the A.M i did Bradley's workout again..
3 rounds of
5 toes to bar
10 push up
15 squat
So at night..
I tried death by thrusters @60kg
Only last 3rounds +3
No comment on that. I just got lazy.
Since i'm too worn out to do anything after all the lifting.
So i went to try 1rm with Snatch
It's 65kg. Awesome.
Aiming to go 75. Soon
75 baby. But front squat first
