Hey peoples, whats up!
I got my energy back, watch a few crossfit videos.. Especially the "killing the fat man" which inspires me to coach people.
I guess the universe is already hinting me strongly on these.
So i met up with Pravin in the park, he's actually approaching me and asked me for a wod.. And here's what we did.
3 rounds for time,
20 burpees log press
Overhead log lunges 40m+-
Time, 20:04
This wod is inspired by one of the workouts from "Killing the fat man".
Which also made me realize, i need to start training my overhead squat.
