I woke up with an unusual lethargic feeling. Probably the food.. Or the weather. I don't know.
So Jordan asked for a rock climbing session, and i went.
Had a few great climbs.. Forearms sore crazy, but i know i had improved a lot.
Came back and had a huge meal.. And a wod.

5 50kg press/jerk
10 assisted hspu
Time to tackle weaknesses.
Tomorrow won't be that comfortable!
